Matthew Lane Named to National Football Foundation Honor Society

The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) 2016 Hampshire Honor Society has been announced and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) student-athlete Matthew Lane of Hanover was among the school's five awardees.

Lane (Hanover), a running back, is a business and management major who is also working toward an MBA. On the field he finished with 46 carries for 150 yards and a touchdown, while catching 34 passes for 362 yards and two scores. Lane, who was on the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team, was second on the team in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown catches.
